Artist Profile

After qualifying with an Honours Degree in Illustration at Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art in Dundee, I moved back home to Perth, to set up as a Freelance Artist, Illustrator and crystal engraver. Perth is a great place to base myself, not too far from some spectacular scenery and wonderful wildlife. I have always loved the countryside and being an artist means that I Apprecciate it through my work. My hobbies also include country sports, as can be seen in the contents of my portfolio.

Working as an Artist gives me the opportunity, when I am not too busy with commissions, to get out and about. I never leave home without my sketchbook, camera and binoculars, as you never know what you might see on the hill tops or just at the roadside, Scotland is a beautiful place to be, even in the rain!
